Job requirements

Job requirements : 

  • High schooll Diploma (SSD)
  • Essential: be bilingual, both spoken and written (French-English)
  • Have a strong aptitude for learning
  • Have 2 years of call centre experience
  • Experience with night shifts
  • Available to work 4 nights from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. from Wednesday to Saturday inclusively with the possibility of doing 37.5 hrs with additional day/evening/night shifts
  • Have a strong team spirit
  • Be punctual and professional
  • Be autonomous and reliable

Mandatory

  • Available for full-time training: Week of May 5 to 9
