Job description

  • 40 hours a week on day, evening or night shifts (including weekend shifts).

  • 21.50$ per hour with a night premium of $2.50 (Sunday to Thursday) or $5 (Friday and Saturday) after 1 a.m.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with dispatch throughout your shift to obtain routes using an application to track and report work

  • Change batteries on electric bikes

  • Load and unload equipment from the vehicle

  • Drive a vehicle in a busy environment

  • Perform basic diagnostic tests, troubleshooting and minor repairs as required

  • Participate in the deployment and withdrawal of stations at the start and end of the season

  • Carry out any other related tasks that may be assigned to you: warehouse work, station assembly, truck washing, handling, etc.

Job requirements

Position requirements :

  • Completed Diploma of College Studies

  • Valid class 5 driving license and a good driving record

  • Ability to handle busy traffic

  • Enjoy working outdoors and be fit enough to lift loads of up to 60 lbs/ 28 kg

  • Good management of priorities and stress

  • Ability to work attentively in compliance with health and safety procedures.

  • Ability to work long shifts, more than 8 hours if necessary

  • High learning capacity

  • Experience in customer service (asset)

  • A good knowledge of the city of Montreal (asset)

  • Ability to work long shifts, more than 10 hours if necessary

*This is a position for the BIXI season from April to November, with the possibility of returning season after season and allowing you to pursue personal projects in winter.
