Job description
Work for the largest fleet of electric bicycles in North America?
As a drop-off station agent, reporting to the Customer Service and Dispatch Manager, you’ll contribute directly to the success of BIXI users’ journeys. Some BIXI stations are busier than others at certain times of the week. That’s why they have been transformed into depot stations, where BIXI attendants are tasked with rebalancing them. The agents stock up on surplus BIXI bikes at the side of the station, so that a docking point and a bike are available during the day, while providing excellent customer service.
Hours per week: 30h, may vary according to our business needs.
What you will do:
Ensure a balance of equipment available at the station to facilitate users’ trips
Store excess bikes on the side of the station to create storage and monitor the bikes at all times
Meet customer service standards and live by the company’s values, particularly with regard to excellence and customer proximity
Be available and ready to respond to users’ questions (e.g.: issues with starting or completing a bike rental) and support them on the mobile application. Refer more complex cases to the contact centre team.
Inflate bike tires during downtime to contribute to the overall operation of the fleet
Identify bikes in need of repair and put them aside
Help drivers fill the bike trailer to facilitate the work of redistribution drivers
Collaborate with the dispatch department regularly during your day
