BIXI Valets - $19.00/hr

The BIXI Valet’s main responsibility is to ensure that bike stations are adequate to meet customer needs, while reporting to the Customer Service Director.

The position is 30 hours per week and may vary according to our business needs and weather.

A unique seasonal employment in Montreal (April to November)

What you will do:

• Empty the full station and store bikes to facilitate users’ trips

• Add bikes to the stations when it is empty

• Answer questions from BIXI customers or refer them to customer service agents, accordingly

• Set aside broken bikes and identify them to facilitate its redistribution by drivers

Job requirements :

• Hold a High School Diploma

• Have a minimum of one year of customer service experience

• Essential: bilingual (French and English)

• Have a professional attitude

• Be comfortable in working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Have a sense of responsibility

• Be autonomous

• Be punctual

• Ease with working outdoors, regardless of the temperature.

Training will be given in early May.
