Reporting to the General Manager, the Procurement and Logistics Director plays a key strategic and operational role in the organization. You will be responsible for optimizing purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring the supply of equipment (stations and bikes) and spare parts, while respecting deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
You will be in charge of the procurement, logistics, building management and maintenance teams, and will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling supply chain activities and contract management.

What you will do :
Procurement strategy management and development:
Develop and implement a procurement and logistics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
Identify and exploit opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Negotiate strategic contracts with suppliers to obtain the best conditions (price, lead times, quality).
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers while evaluating their performance.
Supervise the replenishment forecasting system to ensure the continuous availability of equipment and spare parts required for the company's activities.
Prepare, manage and monitor public tenders (SEAO).
Guarantee the necessary storage capacity for winterized equipment during the off-season, as well as spare parts in a context of strong growth.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in purchasing, logistics and inventory management.
Participate in ERP system development and innovation projects.
Performance monitoring:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize operational results.
Prepare regular strategic reports for senior management.
Leadership and team management:
Supervise and mentor the procurement & logistics team as well as the team in charge of building management and maintenance.
Motivate and develop team members' skills.
Instill a culture of innovation and cross-departmental collaboration to maximize efficiency.
Job requirements
Education, experience and profile:
Bachelor's degree in administration, supply chain management or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years' experience in procurement in a manufacturing environment, including 5 years in a strategic management role.
Solid experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Oracle).
Mastery of negotiation and contract management techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Natural leadership and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
Knowledge of maintenance and safety standards and regulations.
Experience in the mobility or transportation sector (an asset).
Bilingual, French and English required (written and spoken).
